Recital Program Advertising

Promote your business to our GLS family!

Every year, the GLS recital is a sold-out occasion to celebrate our dancers’ accomplishments throughout the past year. Attended by family members, friends, and the local dance community, the GLS recital program is a fantastic way to advertise your local business and support the arts in your community in the process!

Ads will be accepted until May 31, 2024

Advertising Requirements

This year, we are accepting four sizes of advertisements:

Full Page Portrait

5″ width x 8″ height
$250 black and white

Half Page Landscape

5″ width x 4″ height
$150 black and white

Business Card Size Landscape

3.5″ width x 2″ height
$75 black and white

Logo

approximately 1.5″ width x 2″ height
$50 black and white

File Requirements

Designed Ads

PDF file with bleed preferred, PDF files without bleed are also accepted. JPG files at 300dpi will also be accepted, but must be the appropriate dimensions.

Logos

SVG, EPS, and AI files preferred, PNG and JPG files may also be accepted.

Design Notes

This year’s recital program is only in black and white. All colour ads will be converted to black and white upon receipt. Please ensure that your ad meets the size requirements before sending, and that the aspect ratio is correct. Ads received that are the incorrect dimensions are subject to being printed at a smaller size than shown here. A design/redesign fee of 50% ad space price may be applied to files that are not the correct dimensions or would print pixellated.
